Presidents Message

Thank you for your interest in CFMA. As a CFO in a regional construction company, my involvement in CFMA has provided me with many valuable resources and friendships. As a founding member of the local chapter, it’s been very rewarding to see this young chapter flourish even given the difficult economic realities that our industry is facing. Our goal for this chapter is to provide superior ongoing value to our membership through our bimonthly meetings and other chapter events. I look forward to meeting you at an upcoming event.

The Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) is the only non-profit organization dedicated to serving the financial professional in the construction industry.  Established in 1981, CFMA now boasts over 7,600 members and 94 chapters in major cities across the U.S. and Canada. The Pikes Peak chapter began in 2007 and currently has approximately 20 members.

CFMA's General Membership represents all types of contractors, including generals and subcontractors as well as developers, construction managers, architects, engineers, principals and material and equipment suppliers. CFMA’s Associate Membership is open to all those serving the construction industry, such as lawyers, public accountants, bankers, sureties, insurance agents and carriers and other service providers.

CFMA is THE primary organization for education and networking among today's construction financial managers.  So, if you’re involved in any aspect of construction finance - CFMA is for YOU!
