Please join the CFMA Twin Cities as we tour one of Adolfson & Peterson Construction’s job sites! Afterwards, we will host a happy hour on the shores of Lake Minnetonka just a few miles away. Here is more detail about the job site:

Perched off Mound’s Cooks Bay and the Lost Lake Harbor on Lake Minnetonka, Artessa Cooperative at Mound Harbor is an active lifestyle, 62+ co-op community that perfectly balances lakeside-living charm, modern amenities, and local conveniences, all with the benefits of maintenance-free home ownership in one of the area's most walkable neighborhoods.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for the site visit. If you have your own PPE, please bring it! This includes hard hat, vest, safety glasses, and gloves. Please avoid loose fitting clothing. Closed-toed shoes are required (boots preferred).

PARKING & LOGISTICS: 

Please park in the parking lot on the north side of the project site that can be reached off of Commerce Blvd.  See snip below for more info.  We will meet in front of the trailer prior to starting the tour.
